I have been using Screamer for 3 months now and have experienced great frustrations at the amount of downtime I have encountered. Never have I received any notice of downtime or a message to say that it has been repaired and is working again, but I have to call in every time the internet is down, only to find that they are aware of the issue… a little courtesy in letting me know when the problems exist would be good. I have also commented on my dissatisfaction to the operator who takes the call, but they don’t seem to have much interest in my frustrations…
