“My VOX installation was completed on 13. 09. 2019. when I was told I would receive my first invoice in October. The line was working and I had 2 weeks before I received my first account. This account was Due date 01. 10. 2019. This invoice was paid on 03. 10. 2019. This should have then given me line rental from 01.10.2019 to 01.11.2019. I received a demand for payment on about 07.10.2019 stating that the line would be disconnected if I didn’t pay within 5 days ( It was stated that if I had already paid the bill, I was to ignore the letter). As I had paid, I did ignore the letter. My line was disconnected 5 days later, although I had paid. I phoned VOX to query this and was told that it would be reconnected – however it was not. I then paid on the 01.11.2019 , thinking that I would be credited with the previous month I had paid for and phoned VOX again to query the fact that the line was still disconnected. Again, I got told that it would be reconnected. I waited another month – still no reconnection. I was then told in December 2019 that although I still had no connection I must pay the account for the month of December so that they could reconnect me ( although 2 months had been paid). I paid for the month of December on 28.12.2019 and I was still not reconnected. I had paid for 3 months rental and only received 2 weeks before I had been disconnected in October 2019. I still have had no service. I now have had a letter of demand which has been handed over to your debt collections department for a service that I have never received. I am in disbelief how your service and care of clients can be so bad. I am no longer interested in your service and will deter as many people from your product as possible. I had paid R1856.48 – which you will see from my 3x proof of payments and you have me owing R 6015.19 for a service I have never received.” – I’ve had to send this email 3 times and make numerous phone calls, just to finally get a very unhelpful response. To this day you still have not made any attempt to try and resolve this problem. Your customer service is appalling and I would never recommend your services to anyone.
It has always been a pleasure working with the team at Vox. They are truly recognized as the innovators in the industry with an unmatched product portfolio! Plus, they’re a great bunch of people.
